Delete Some or All Data Without Deleting Your Account
You can request deletion of specific cloud account data without deleting your account. Sensitive wellness details that are stored only on your device must be removed from that device in the mobile app.
How to request data deletion
- Email support@themindball.com from the email address on the account.
- Include the account email and list the data categories you want deleted.
- We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
- We will confirm once the request has been completed or explain any data we must retain.
Examples of cloud data we can delete on request
- Profile photo / avatar.
- Cloud account profile fields and preferences.
- Subscription linkage and optional account data stored in MindBall.
Local-only device data
Dream text, mood check-ins, survey answers, pre-session reflections, and local session progress are designed to stay on your device. To remove them, use the in-app account deletion flow or sign-out cleanup on each device where MindBall has been used.
What may be retained
- Billing, receipt, and invoice records.
- Security, fraud-prevention, and audit logs.
- Records required by law, tax rules, or dispute-resolution needs.
We usually complete verified requests within 30 days.
Need to delete the whole account?
If you want your MindBall account deleted entirely, use the account-deletion flow in the mobile app or the Delete Account section in web Settings.
