MindBall Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Muter Bilişim Anonim Şirketi ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, processes, and shares personal data through the MindBall mobile application and website.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials to manage your account and secure your access.

• Subscription Information: We process transaction and subscription status data through our service provider, RevenueCat, to verify and manage your premium entitlements.

• Technical and Operational Data: We collect non-sensitive app progress, session completion logs, weekly plan status, and technical device metadata to provide and optimize the services.

2. Local-Only Data (Privacy First)

• Highly sensitive personal wellness data, including your onboarding survey answers, emotion selections, daily wellness scores, dream journal entries (free text), and dream-related images, are stored exclusively local to your device.

• We do not upload, store, or process this sensitive information on our remote servers, databases, logs, or crash reporting systems.

3. Data Sharing and Processing

• We do not sell your personal data. We only share personal data with trusted service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as Google Firebase for cloud hosting and database infrastructure, and RevenueCat for subscription validation), or when required by legal obligations.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• We retain your account and operational data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app settings ("Delete Account") or by contacting us at support@themindball.com.

5. Your Rights and Contact Information

• Under applicable privacy laws, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of your personal data.
