Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your MindBall account from the mobile app or from the Delete Account section in web Settings. If you only want specific data removed, use the data-deletion request flow or email support instead.
How to delete your account
- Open the MindBall app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Reauthenticate with your password, then use the final delete confirmation. On web, sign in to the portal, open Settings, and use Delete Account.
What is deleted
- Account profile information such as your name and email address.
- Profile photo / avatar and other account-specific media.
- Cloud account records stored by MindBall. Sensitive wellness entries that are kept only on your device are cleared from that device by the mobile app during account deletion.
- Saved preferences and subscription linkage inside MindBall.
What may be retained
- Billing, receipt, and invoice records.
- Security, fraud-prevention, and audit logs.
- Local subscription eligibility markers may remain on devices to prevent trial abuse.
- Other records that must be kept for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution reasons.
We usually complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Need only specific data deleted?
If you want some data removed without deleting your account, use the data-deletion request page or email support@themindball.com with the data categories you want removed.
