This Pre-Information Form summarizes the key commercial information presented before purchasing MindBall digital subscriptions and paid services.

Product/Service: MindBall Premium and similar paid digital subscription services provide access in the mobile app to breathing sessions, awareness content, thought exercises, dream journal features, and other supported digital features. The web portal is for account, legal, billing-status, and support information unless web content access is added later.
Price and Period: The selected plan period, total sales price, tax-inclusive price, and any campaign or discount information are shown before payment confirmation.
Delivery/Performance: Products and services are delivered electronically. After mobile purchase and account matching, the user can access supported digital content in the mobile app by signing in with the same account.
Payment: The current MindBall subscription purchase channel is mobile in-app purchase; payment is collected through the App Store or Google Play. The web portal is for pre-purchase information, account status, and support.
Subscription and Cancellation: Subscriptions renew under App Store or Google Play rules and are managed through the relevant platform subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current period.
Withdrawal/Refund: Withdrawal rights may be limited for instantly delivered electronic digital content and services. Refund requests are reviewed under the Cancellation and Refund Terms, Distance Sales Agreement, payment-channel rules, and applicable law.
Disputes: Consumer-law rights are reserved. Relevant Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts may have jurisdiction for consumer disputes.
