MindBall Cancellation and Refund Terms
These Cancellation and Refund Terms explain cancellation, renewal, and refund processes for MindBall digital subscriptions and paid services.
MindBall paid services are digital content and subscription services delivered electronically. After purchase, the user can access the digital content included in the selected plan through their account.
Current MindBall subscriptions are started through mobile in-app purchase on the App Store or Google Play and are cancelled through the relevant platform subscription settings. The web portal is for account information and support; new subscriptions are not started on the web.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. The user keeps premium access until the end of the current paid period.
Because MindBall services are digital content and electronically delivered services, withdrawal/refund rights may be limited under applicable law after access begins. Refund requests are reviewed case by case according to applicable law, payment-channel rules, and customer satisfaction principles.
If a technical error causes duplicate payment for the same period, the extra amount will be refunded within 10 business days after review.
